Full-time duty.

Section 13

SEC. 13. Full-time duty.—Each appointive city official and employee shall devote his time and attention exclusively during the usual office hours to the duties of his office. A city officer or employee shall hold no other public office except that of notary public in connection with his official duties or membership in the Armed Forces reserve. But this section shall not apply to other persons discharging public duties in the city under the National Government who receive no compensation for their services.
