SEC. 7. The grantee shall be liable to pay the same taxes unless exempted therefrom, on its real estate, building and personal property, exclusive of the franchise, as other persons or corporations are now or may hereafter be required by law to pay. It shall be liable further to pay all other taxes as provided in the National Internal Revenue Code by reason of this franchise.
