Section 6

SEC. 6. The fund established under this Act shall be administered by the Philippine National Bank, including its branches and agencies under the provincial treasurer throughout the Philippines, under such rules and regulations as the said Bank and National Cooperative Administration may promulgate to carry out the provisions of this Act.
