Section 9

SEC. 9. Section fifty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 58. Exemption allowed to estates and trusts.—For the purpose of the tax provided for in this Title, there shall be allowed an exemption of one thousand eight hundred pesos from the income of the estate or trust."
