Section 39

SEC. 39. City Electrician.&mdashThere shall be a city electrician who shall, under the direction of the chief of the fire department, have charge of the enforcement of all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to electrical connections within the city, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the chief of the fire department or prescribed by law or ordinance. He shall be appointed by the City Mayor and shall receive a salary of three thousand six hundred pesos per annum.
