Section 69
SEC. 69. Allotment of internal revenue and other taxes&mdashOf the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces, as well as the national aid for schools, the City of Tarlac shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
