Section 96

SEC. 96. Election of Provincial Governor and Members of the Provincial Board of the Province of Tarlac.&mdashThe voters of the City of Tarlac shall be qualified and entitled to vote in the election of the Provincial Governor and the members of the Provincial Board of the Province of Tarlac.
