Section 27

SEC. 27. Qualifications of General Manager.&mdashIn addition to the qualifications for director set forth in Section twenty of this Act, no person shall be. appointed General Manager unless he be of demonstrated executive competence and experience in the field of public administration or in the management of agricultural, industrial, or commercial enterprises.
