Section 2

SEC. 2. Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. Such sums as are necessary to implement the adjustment of salaries provided for by this Act in the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine shall be paid out of any savings in the appropriation of the Bureau of Public Works. Thereafter, the sums necessary for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act."
