Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to Visayan Electric Company, Inc. a temporary permit to construct, operate and maintain in the City of Cebu and in such places as the grantee may select and the Secretary of Public Works and Communications may approve, private fixed point-to-point and land mobile radio stations for the transmission and reception of wireless messages by radio telegraph or radio telephone, each station to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus.
