Filing of Articles and Certificates.

Section 36

SEC. 36. Filing of Articles and Certificates.— Articles of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger, conversion, or dissolution and certificates of changes in the location of principal offices and of elections to dissolve, when executed and acknowledged and accompanied by such affidavits as may be required by applicable provisions of this Act, shall be presented to the Administrator for filing in the records of his office. If he shall find that such conform to the requirements of this Act, he shall so certify and shall file such in the records of his office. Upon such certification and filing, the incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger, conversion, dissolution or certificate provided for therein shall be in effect.
