SEC. 7. Section Fifteen of the said Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 15. Salaries of Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.— The annual salary of the Commissioner shall be twenty four thousand pesos and the Deputy Commissioner eighteen thousand pesos per annum.
