Disposition of proceeds.

Section 80

SEC. 80. Disposition of proceeds.— The proceeds of the special assessment and penalties thereon shall be applied exclusively to the purpose or purposes for which the assessment were levied. It shall be the duty of the city treasurer to turn over to the National Treasurer all collections made by him from special assessment levies from national public works.
