Section 93

SEC. 93. Change of Government.— The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines: Provided, That the incumbent Mayor and Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of San Jose shall continue to hold office, and the present members of the Municipal Board shall likewise continue to hold office until the City Mayor, Vice-Mayor and Councilors provided for in this Act shall have been elected in the next regular election for provincial and municipal officials and shall have duly qualified.
