SEC. 3. Section thirty-two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 32. Moneys from sale of lands and allotment of internal revenue and other taxes.— All sums of money received from the sale of public lands within the City, which sale shall be made by the Bureau of Lands in accordance with the provisions of the Public Land Law, shall accrue to and be deposited in the treasury thereof. Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces, as well as the national aid for schools, the City of Palayan shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province."
