SECTION 1. There is hereby reserved from the forest concession area of the Eastcoast Development Enterprises in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao Oriental, covered by O.T. License No. 112-'71, one thousand hectares for the school site of the Cateel Agricultural and Vocational High School: Provided, however, That the licensee shall be allowed to remove the commercial timber inside the area.
