Section 5

SEC. 5. Section four of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-two is hereby amended to read as Section live, as follows: "SEC. 5. Any violation of this Act shall be punished with imprisonment of from one year to five years and a fine of P5,000 to P10,000."
