SECTION 1. Section four of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred thirty-one, otherwise known as the "Enlisted Men's Pay and Allowance Act of nineteen hundred fifty-seven,” as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and sixty, is further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. The monthly base pay of enlisted personnel of the Regular Force shall not be less than the following: "(a) E-7 (P175.00) - P260.00 "(b) E-6 (165.00) - 240.00 "(c) E-5 (155.00) - 220.00 "(d) E-4 (145.00) - 205.00 "(e) E-3 (140.00) - 195.00 "(f) E-2 (135.00) - 185.00 “(g) E-l (130.00) - 180.00"
