SEC. 9. Subsection (b) (7) of Section twenty-nine of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 29. Gross Income * * * "(b) Exclusions from gross income * * * * "(7) Miscellaneous items (A) * * * (B) * * * (C) Income derived as rewards under Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and thirty-eight."
