SECTION 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered Thirty hundred is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act granting C. Alcantara & Sons, Inc., a temporary permit to establish, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point, ship, or barge to shore and shore to ship or barge, and ship or launch to barge or launch or barge to ship radiotelephone stations for the transmission and reception of wireless messages to and from said stations."
