Section 17

SEC. 17. Enterprises registered under Republic Numbered Fifty-one hundred eighty-six.-Any corporation registered under Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred eighty-six, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of said Act, but it shall have the option to under the provisions of this Act: Provided, That Refits of this Act, so far as may be applicable, be given prospective effect from the date of its registration under this Act: Provided, further, That nothing herein contained shall be construed to entitle further an enterprise to the benefits granted under Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred eighty-six after its registration under this Act.
