Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to the Philippine Commercial and Industrial Bank, its successors or assigns, a temporary permit to construct, operate and maintain within or at such places within the Philippines as the said bank may select, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, private fixed point-to-point, land based, land mobile, aeronautical and cost-to-ship radio stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radiotelegraphy or radio-telephony, each station to be provided with a radio transmiting apparatus and radio receiving apparatus.
