SECTION 1. The barrios of Berong and Alfonso XIII in the municipality of Aborlan and the barrios of Iraan, Candawaga and Canipaan in the municipality of Brook's Point are separated from the said municipalities and constituted into a new and regular municipality to be known as the municipality of Quezon, with the present site of the barrio of Alfonso XIII as the seat of the government.
