Section 3

SEC. 3. To carry out the provisions of this Act the sum of six hundred thousand pesos and any unexpended balance of the amount of three hundred thousand pesos appropriated under Republic Act Numbered Sixty-one hundred and seventy-two or so much thereof as may be necessary to cover the expenses of the Commission up to the thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred and seventy-two are appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
