SEC. 4. The members of the Commission shall serve in honorary capacity and shall receive no compensation or remuneration except traveling expenses and per diems for each day of actual attendance in the sessions of the Commission, its committees, or sub-committees, in such amounts and under such conditions as the Commission, with the approval of the President of the Philippines, may prescribe.
