Section 7

SEC. 7. Secretariat of the Board.— The Commissioner of Civil Service shall provide the Secretariat needed by the Board which shall be under its direct supervision and control. The Chairman of the Board shall designate any officer of the Secretariat to act as Secretary of the Board and Custodian of all records and minutes of the Board meetings, including examination papers. The Commissioner of Civil Service shall also provide adequate office space and facilities to the Board of Examiners, and shall give full support and cooperation to the Board in the discharge of its duties.
