Qualifications for examination.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Qualifications for examination.—Any person applying for admission to the forester examination shall, prior to the date of the examination, establish to the satisfaction of the Board that he has the following qualifications: At least twenty-one years of age; A citizen of the Philippines; Of good reputation and good moral character; and A graduate of a four-year course in forestry or its equivalent from an educational institution in the Philippines or abroad.
