Section 5

SEC. 5. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the Kabankalan Maternity and Emergency Hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy to nineteen hundred seventy-one and, thereafter, the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry into effect the purposes of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
