SEC. 15. For carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act, the sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated from any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in addition to the current appropriation of the Virac National Agricultural and Trade School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
