Section 1

SECTION 1. The Misamis Oriental Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO) is hereby granted a temporary permit to establish, operate and maintain private fixed point-to-point and land-mobile radiotelephone stations in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, and in other parts of the Philippines where it maintains or may hereafter maintain offices for the operation of its business, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, for the transmission and reception of wireless messages to and from said stations, including its boats.
