Section 3

SEC. 3. In order to carry out the provisions of this Act the payment of salary differentials resulting from the adjustment in salaries as provided for in this Act shall be implemented from the amount that may be taken out of the twenty per cent of the collections of the Land Transportation Commission necessary to maintain and equip it from the fiscal year 1970-71. Thereafter, so much amount as will be needed to carry out the purpose of this Act shall be included in the annual appropriation of the Land Transportation Commission.
