Meeting of the board; quorum.

Section 5

SEC. 5. Meeting of the board; quorum.—The Hospital Board shall meet regularly once a month at the Tondo General Hospital and Medical Center on a regular date fixed for the purpose. Special meetings may be called often as necessary, subject to paragraph two of Section three hereof. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. All decisions of the Board must be by majority of the members present.
