Sweepstakes Lotteries.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Sweepstakes Lotteries.—To augment the appropriations for the operation and maintenance of the Tondo General Hospital and Medical Center and to finance its program of improvement of services and expansion, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is hereby authorized to hold one lottery once every quarter but not exceeding a total of eight lotteries, the net proceeds of which shall be turned over to the said hospital.
