Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred seventy-nine is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to the Victorias Milling Co., Inc., its successors or assigns, a temporary permit to construct, operate and maintain in Victorias, Occidental Negros and at such places in the Philippines as the said company may select, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, private fixed point-to-point and land-based and land mobile and coastal and maritime mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages on radiotelegraphy or radiotelephony, each station to be provided with a radio transmitting apparatus and radio receiving apparatus."
