Supervision and control over board of canvassers.

Section 202

SEC. 202. Supervision and control over board of canvassers.—The Commission shall have direct control and supervision over the provincial, city, municipal and municipal district board of canvassers. Any member of the board of canvassers including its secretary may at any time be relieved from office for cause and substituted with another motu proprio by the Commission on Elections.
