Section 38

SEC. 38. If, for any reason, any section or provisions of this Amendatory Act shall be held unconstitutional or invalid, no other section or provision of the same shall be affected thereby. All laws or parts of any law inconsistent with the provisions of this Amendatory Act are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
