SEC. 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
