Section 43

SEC. 43. Effectivity — This Act shall take effect upon .its approval. Approved, March 30, 1972. This Act, which is a consolidation of S. No. 543 and H. No. 658, was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on March 15, 1972, respectively.
