SEC. 2 There is hereby authorized to be appropriated,It of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions created under this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
