Section 4

SEC. 4. The physical and financial assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment, and records of the Payon Bugan Pilot Opportunity School of Agriculture stand transferred to the Ifugao Agricultural and Technical College: Provided, That the Ifugao Agricultural and Technical College is hereby authorized to enter into any agreement to receive any endowment, assistance or support from any person, group or, international agency for the support of its operations.
