SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-one hundred fifty-three, as amended, is further amended by amending subparagraph (e) and inserting a new paragraph after subparagraph (h), to read as follows: * * * * * "(e) Chief of Section, except non-technical section, under the specialized technical divisions in the central office and field division offices, Assistant District Engineers at twelve thousand six hundred pesos per annum Range 58, and chiefs of sections under the other divisions, in the central office and field division offices, Internal Audit Service, and non-technical sections of specialized technical divisions, at nine thousand six hundred pesos per annum.—range 53;" "(h) * * * * "Notwithstanding the salary rates herein provided, the officials and employees herein concerned shall be entitled to all and any future salary adjustments that way be extended by the government."
