SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of such station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said station shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
