Section 2

SEC. 2. Powers vested in the Board.—The Board of Examiners for Criminologists is vested with authority conformably with the provisions of this Act, to administer the provisions thereof, to issue, suspend or revoke certificate of registration for the practice of criminology to administer oaths.
