Section 14

SEC 14. The rates for the telephone service, flat rates as well as measured rates, shall be subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission. The monthly rates for telephones having a metallic circuit within the limits of any poblacion of any municipality or city in the province shall also be approved by the Public Service Commission.
