Section 12

SEC. 12. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V. MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on May 17, 1988 and May 16, 1988, respectively.
