Section 7

SEC. 7. Rules and Regulations.—The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) shall, after consultation with duly accredited national construction: associations and the Secretary of Labor, issue implementing rules and regulations within sixty (60) days upon approval of this Act.
