SEC. 4. The first paragraph of section thirty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered "Fifty-eight, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and twenty-nine, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 38. Regular and acting judges of Municipal Court.—There shall be a Municipal Court for the City of Cebu, for which a judge shall be appointed, to be known as judge of the Municipal Court, and who shall receive a salary of four thousand pesos per annum."
