Section 40

SEC. 40. Effectivity.—This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation, whichever comes earlier. MITRA President of the Senate Secretary of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of Senate Bill No. 530 and House Bill No. 11524 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 19, 1989 and January 23, 1989, respectively.
