Effectivity.

Section 6

SEC. 6. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V. MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 3282 and Senate Bill No. 504 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 2, 1989 and February 28, 1989, respectively.
