Section 24

SEC. 24. The financial accounts of the expenditures and revenues of the Autonomous Region shall be audited by the Commission on Audit. The financial accounts of the Autonomous Region, including all payments from the reserve fund, shall be submitted by the Regional Governor to the Regional Assembly, together with the statement of audit prepared by the Commission on Audit within ten (10) working days from receipt thereof.
